Project Description:

The construction and repair of the buildings that form the College of St George, which is located within the perimeter walls of Windsor Castle.  The buildings comprise; St Georges Chapel, St Georges House, the Vicars Hall, the Song School, the Deans Cloister, seven domestic buildings forming the Canons Cloister and twenty domestic dwellings forming the Horseshoe Cloister.

Key Features:

Huntley Cartwright were appointed by the Dean and Canons of Windsor to provide assistance to the Surveyor of the Fabric in masterminding a thorough programme of conservation and repair, allied to a fundraising campaign.  The programme of works have required constant monitoring and updating to ensure that the spend rate has matched the available funding.
