The transformation of Eastbourne’s Devonshire Park Quarter. The programme included refurbishment of the Grade II* listed Congress Theatre, new conference facilities and Welcome Building, upgrades to the Devonshire Park Theatre, office refurbishments, and extensive works to support the international tennis tournament in partnership with the LTA. Additional phases involved new public realm and highways improvements. The project delivered a world-class cultural, sporting, and conference destination while maintaining operations during construction.
