A £30m memorial honouring the 21,000 British soldiers, sailors, and airmen who fell during the Normandy campaign of 1944. Our role spanned from early cost estimates through tendering, procurement, and contract management for specialist elements including bronze sculpture, stonework, granite paving, plinths, flagpoles, wreaths, and shields. A French main contractor was appointed to deliver construction, civil engineering, and landscaping across the eight-hectare site, resulting in a powerful and enduring place of remembrance.
