The design and fit-out of the Market Hall at Borough Market encompassing the design, manufacture, and installation of a range of bespoke features. These included a feature wall with shutters and sliding doors, a canopy roof infill, high-level solar blinds, security bollards, bespoke benches, restroom facilities, a feature lighting rig, vertical garden risers, and the unique ‘pen knife’ stand, alongside demolition and refurbishment of the kitchen area. The works transformed the Market Hall into a modern, functional, and visually engaging space, enhancing both visitor experience and operational efficiency.
