A two-phase comprehensive refurbishment to modernise and enhance a 1960s multi-storey office building for Tandridge District Council. Internal enhancements were made along with services improvements and major external and sustainability upgrades. These included a new living green wall to the high-street elevation, solar PV installation, re-roofing works, improved thermal performance, the creation of roof terraces, and complete remodelling of 1,100 m² of office space.
