A multi-phased masterplan conservation and visitor improvement programme for English Heritage. Phase 1 included extensive conservation and roofing repairs, masonry restoration, chimney rebuilding, structural timber repairs, vegetation clearance, and sensitive interpretation and play installations to enhance the visitor experience. Alongside this, café refurbishments and multi-phase toilet upgrades improved facilities while maintaining full public access throughout the site.
