Repair and conservation project for the Grade I listed Mansion House at Wakehurst Place, managed by the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Reroofing the Horsham Slate roof, repairs to the roof structure, leadwork, guttering, windows, and associated masonry, while conserving heritage features and upgrading roof insulation and ventilation. The works were delivered on a fully operational, publicly accessible site, with a temporary public viewing platform allowing visitors to watch the restoration in progress.
