A two-storey facility designed to inspire active lifestyles, featuring a main sports hall, multi-purpose hall, dance studio, fitness suite, skills active suite, and full changing facilities. Sustainability was at the heart of the design, incorporating a Sedum green roof, natural ventilation, wind catcher units, and sun pipes to maximise daylight. The building achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, combining high-performance design with an environmentally conscious approach.
