A new sports pavilion with a rustic external appearance, featuring changing rooms, showers, kitchens, and a central area capable of accommodating around 90 students. The project also included an access road suitable for coaches, parking facilities, and upgraded sports pitches. Complex challenges such as access restrictions, tree preservation orders, stringent planning conditions, and environmental considerations were carefully managed, with a ‘no dig’ policy and hand excavation implemented for sensitive areas.
