A series of boarding house refurbishments including upgrades to bedrooms, study areas, bathrooms, living accommodation, kitchens, and sports changing facilities across two co-joined, two-storey houses. Work was completed during summer holidays on tight timescales, and incorporated structural alterations, fire safety improvements and upgraded fixtures and furnishings. All boarding houses reopened on time for the new academic year. Subsequent projects included classroom-to-dormitory conversions and bathroom replacements, continuing the school’s phased refurbishment programme
