Working with Epsom College for over 15 years, supporting an ambitious programme of estate development. Including a rolling series of boarding house refurbishments, converting existing staff accommodation into a junior school, new build staff accommodation and a new sixth form centre. This landmark building replaced outdated facilities with a modern, three-storey centre at the heart of campus, featuring teaching spaces, offices, music practice rooms, a lecture theatre, and a café.
