The phased expansion of this primary school from two to three form entry. New build extensions, extensive remodelling, and upgrades to existing facilities, were all delivered while the school remained fully operational. Inheriting an overly complex scheme that was significantly over budget, we restructured the phasing and specification, streamlining the design to reduce costs and avoid unnecessary disruption. The result was a successful delivery within budget and on programme, providing modern, functional learning spaces for pupils and staff.
