A high-quality hard landscaping scheme to the South Terrace of the Grade I Listed Holland House. The realignment of the existing service road, and the reconfiguration of the outdoor café seating area, has created an enhanced public terrace and improved café space. The completed scheme provides a new access road capable of accommodating heavy and high-sided vehicles, ensuring the terrace can support major events, including Opera Holland Park. The new terrace now forms a dignified forecourt to the fine Jacobean house, which is the centrepiece of the Grade II Conservation Area and historic park.
