A phased development of staff and student residences at the University of Surrey, designed to be sympathetic to the surrounding environment. The project incorporated low-carbon technologies, enhanced thermal performance, and sustainable construction methods, achieving BREEAM Excellent. Careful cost planning ensured value for the client while delivering high-performance, environmentally conscious buildings.
