This six-storey Grade II listed residence underwent a full programme of refurbishment and conservation. Works included sensitive internal reconfiguration, new mechanical and electrical installations, and restoration of finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. Externally, the property was carefully repaired, rendered, and redecorated, ensuring its historic character was preserved. The project was recognised with a Sussex Heritage Trust Award.
