Semaphore Tower

Location

Cobham, Surrey

Role

Quantity Surveyor

A Grade II Listed landmark, built in 1822, this is the only surviving semaphore tower in Britain. Once a cutting-edge communication hub linking London’s Admiralty House with Portsmouth docks, it has now been exquisitely restored as a two-bedroom holiday retreat for the Landmark Trust. Nestled at the heart of Chatley Heath nature reserve, the tower is surrounded by 800 acres of serene woodland and heathland.
