The new building provides arts accommodation including a photography area, general workspaces, lecture theatre and glazed atrium/display area.
Our quantity surveying service included extensive value engineering focussing on heating installations. With our advice the full project was achieved within budget. The feature elevations and wide spanning space have created a stunning update in a historic setting.
